Changes:

Well, I didn't work much on the stuff in my TODO list, but I took care of some other unpleasantries. I think this version will be considerably more intuitive to work with.

• Allowed OUTBOUND to be specified by any <ARCHIVE> tag in the template.
• Fixed a problem with not specifying a directory causing HTMLArchive to use the wrong directory (it presumed root, now it presumes current directory).
• HTMLArchive now considers all directories to be relative to the template file it's current working on.
• Cosmetics.
