Provided support for FOREEXEC and POSTEXEC attributes to <ARCHIVE>.

I wanted to create these so I could have HTMLArchive call wmk to make my web pages (since I use wml, a major web-preprocessing tool). While it does run the command, the results always seem to come out strange; I think I need to do some further work here. I suspect I need to duplicate the same environment or something.

Since HTMLArchive doesn't much care about environment variables or the like (at the moment), you could probably use these to have it create other indexes.
